I just launched and been charge a lot I sell product for £11.99 and from it been charges £6.27 how is that works I dont really understand

are you selling via FBM or FBA ?
have you checked the estimated fees on the inventory page ?

It depends on what you sell and how it is sold.
Most items have a 15.3% commission on sale
If you are not a subscription seller there will probably be another 75p selling fee.
If it was a book or Disc then there is a media closing fee
Then there is VAT on top of all that.
