Hello @Seller_iMzkpPAVeY0ps

Thank you for the information provided regarding the verification that needs to be completed. When you upgrade to a professional account, there may be a request to verify your identify. When this occurs, our team will be looking for a utility bill or business license unless stated otherwise.

The information being verified will be the details that you have registered the account with. Is it your personal residence or an address that is strictly for your business? Do the documents you have show the information exactly as they were entered?

For the LLC documents, are you referring to the business license or the articles of incorporation? It is important to understand which type of document you have as our team cannot accept articles of incorporation.

If you are unsure, we would advise on attempting to provide a utility bill. I have included a list of requirements that must be met below for reference:

  • Must be piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile or fixed-line phone, or internet service
  • Must have holders name and address
  • Must have service provider's name, address, and logo (if logo is applicable)
  • Must have issue date or due date and usage details (if applicable)
  • Must be issued within the past 90 days
  • Be authentic and unaltered
  • Must not be password-protected
  • Be in a supported language

If your documents are not in a supported language, you must submit a notarized translation in a supported language along with the original document. Our team will take steps to verify the information provided, and if they are unable to do so, they will reject the submission.

We do encourage you to continue to provide any questions or updates you receive to this thread for support.

Best,

Atlas
