Lost BUY BOX & Featured Offer

Hi everyone, my account has lost the Featured Offer for more than two weeks. I have tried all the methods but it still doesn’t work.

My account is in normal status and in good condition, no performance notifications, no chargebacks, all asins are FBA.

Please help me restore my Featured Offer. It's so much important for me. Thank you a lot.

No point in really tagging the mods on this one as they are likely to just pass it on to sellers support.

For what it's worth I can probably give you a few pointers about the listing. I find it highly suspicious that the product has received 3 product reviews all on the same day near enough at the time of listing and then you have received nothing since. Just an opinion but they look like fake product reviews to me.

The other product which looks the same also just happened to have a review on the same date.

You only have to take a look at both the products,, no telling that the single review is fake but the other 3 on this asin on the same day? come on.

I'm not AI but I can see through it.

  2. Listing Quality Alerts: Check your Manage Inventory page for any quality alerts. Occasionally, Amazon suppresses listings with incomplete information or issues with images, descriptions, or keywords. Fixing these could improve your chances.
  3. Inventory and Stock Levels: If Amazon detects low or inconsistent inventory, it might affect Buy Box eligibility. Double-check that your stock is steady and that there aren’t any delays with FBA shipments.
  4. Account Health: Even if your account seems normal, it doesn’t hurt to review your Account Health Dashboard to make sure no hidden issues (like order defect rate or shipping performance) are impacting eligibility.
