How do I arrange to return my shipment to fulfillment centre
Hello sellers, need urgent advice. Due to an issue in my brand registry, I’m withdrawing my application. But my first shipment is about to reach Amazon fulfillment centres in UK and Germany sometime this week. So I need to cancel that fulfillment and ask them to ship items back to me. How does that work? And how much do they cost to fulfill such requests? TIA

You would need to contact your courier not Amazon. If they get to Amazon then I don’t think there’s a way to stop them being checked in. Then you would need to pay a per item fee based on their size and weight which you can find in the help pages under removal fees.
Does your issue have to mean cancellation?it will likely be more expensive than the cost of sending and you will need local addresses for the removal.
