Cannot help with your issue, I'm afraid, but those 'tags' have not worked as they are not highlighted in blue. You need to start typing the name, then @ and then select the ones with amazon logo from the dropdown, for the actual forum mods to see them. Some of those names I am sure are not actual mods, but simply other sellers who have used amazon in their name !!! eg. @Julia_Amazon @Abella_AMZ

Oh, not sure, yes, Julia is, but I think I have seen Abella post on the forum (I think ?!) - though could be wrong.

If you click on the name you'll see that Abell_AMZ is the name of her store.
If you click on Julia_Amazon (or _AMZ) you're told Amazon Employee

If you look at Urgent Help Needed: Account Blocked Despite Ongoing UK Establishment Verification Efforts by AVAJEX there are posts from Ezra_Amazon which have smiley Amazon Face and a yellow line to the left of the post and a following one from Abella_AMZ which has an "a" white on black and no left yellow line...
Are they 2 'grades of Forum Moderators, perhaps
When only Abella (and no other Forum moderator) has replied to a post there is no smiley face next to the thread title...

Hi Brian - I really haven't a clue. All the mods now seem to have slightly different 'tags' - some with the Amazon arrow logo, some with the 'a' in black circle, others are _AMZ, some are _Amazon - absolutely no consistency - ho hum !

This is a common scam done on Amazon. I reported this issue to Amazon so many times but amazon doesn't care about it. I can't undestand why amazon does nothing to stop this scam, maybe they don't care because they still make money and customer are happy to be scammed?
