Amazon US returns

Thought I’d ask in the UK Amazon forums as you may all have a better idea…we’re a UK seller but Amazon.com just refunds items when a customer has a change of mind, as we don’t have a US return address…does anyone know a way round this or a way of getting returns back? They’ve refunded a $40 order and we can’t afford to lose all the products…eeekkk! Help!

We use a valid fully tracked service, but doesn’t seem to make any difference.

I know the new returns policy specifically states EU returns but this looks like its all international returns where there is no return address in the buyers home country

Are you able to set up a returns address in US using a 3rd party?
