Issue with listing in other EU Market place

I’m a UK seller and I have completed listings in France, Spain and Italy marketplaces using the " Build International Listing" tool. I’ve enrolled and enabled fulfilment via the EFN as i hold a lot of stock in the UK

The listings are all showing as “Inactive ( out of stock)”, so are not visible on the target market sites. I don’t want to send inventory via the Pan-European FBA because of the costs

I’ve contacted Amazon 3 times and I’ve had 3 different answers.

Does anyone know what i need to do get the listings active without sending inventory to the different countries.

Thanks

If your listings are showing as “Inactive (out of stock)” on the target marketplaces, it is likely because Amazon’s system is not recognizing your inventory as available for sale in those marketplaces. This can happen when you use the Build International Listings tool to create listings in multiple marketplaces but have not set up the correct fulfillment settings for each marketplace.

Since you have enrolled in the European Fulfillment Network (EFN), you should check that your EFN settings are correctly configured for each of the marketplaces where you have created listings. This includes setting the correct shipping options and fees for each marketplace, as well as ensuring that your inventory is available for sale in those marketplaces.

Another potential issue could be that your inventory is not properly set up for international sales. You should check that your product is correctly classified for sale in the target marketplaces, including any necessary product certifications or labeling requirements.

If you have already checked your EFN settings and ensured that your inventory is properly classified for international sales, then it’s possible that there is a technical issue causing your listings to be inactive. In this case, you should contact Amazon Seller Support and provide them with as much detail as possible about the issue, including any error messages or warning messages that you have received.

Amazon Seller Support should be able to assist you in resolving the issue and getting your listings active again on the target marketplaces.
