Pending Payment of Euro 125.00
Dear Sir,
This is Andy from India. I registered a Pro Merchant Account in the name of Inspire Fashion UK, but later on I decided not to pursue the business anymore. So, I converted the Pro Merchant Account to Individual Account in Dec, 2017. I got a confirmation mail to this effect.
For some reason, I was still being charged the Professional Selling Fee of Euro 25.00 per month by Amazon. Though luckily for me, my old credit card had expired, and I wasn’t actually charged by Amazon UK.
Now, Six Months later, when I am trying to restart my account, it says that I have an outstanding balance of Euro 125.00 in my account.

Since you are still getting charged the monthly Professional Seller fee, it indicates that you never downgraded your Selling Plan into Individual.

Regarding the negative balance, I am afraid you will need to cover it as otherwise, Amazon may suspend your account.
They will only refund the charge if you haven’t sold anything.
