Just a quick one to see if I will be okay to list this product. There is currently only 1 other person selling it and I am not sure if they have are the only one able to list it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Is your product exactly the same and do you have a valid supply chain for this? For example brought straight from the manufacturer or a UK approved distributer? Have you checked if you need approval from the brand owner (Aesop). Can you supply trade invoices if asked for by Amazon?
If the answer is yes to all of the above you should be okay.
Also just as an aside who pays almost £60 for a bottle of shampoo? I must be selling the wrong things if you can get £60 for a 500ml bottle of shampoo!!

No IP warnings - No Approval to sell requests - so you should be good to go with this one.
I can see 3 sellers on the listing - with an estimated sales of 40 units per month (not bad but remember these are just estimated sales figures) then you look at the stock levels of the other sellers:

They’re all MF sellers - so these stocks may reduce pretty quick as they’ll probably have other sales outlets other than AMZ.
I would go off what Russ has suggested - don’t bother - with those stock levels of other sellers I’m sure you’ll have a price war on your hands.
I would suggest you hold fire and monitor the sales and see if this product is shifting or not.
But if you think it’s a winner who are we to stop you - Amazon is all about experiences good & bad.
