Valid Tracking Rate
Hi
Has anyone managed to resolve VTR issues, every order we dispatch has a tracking number and when I copy and paste the “invalid” tracking reference into Yodel it shows as delivered. I spoke to an account health expert but it was a total waste of time she couldn’t or wouldn’t depart from the script.

Thanks for your reply, I am using the actual barcode, we did send some parcels via parcel2go.com using the yodel direct method and they were rejected but all of our other parcels go via Yodel and the tracking on their website shows as delivered

Am i allowed to put postcodes etc on chat? I did used to input them manually but we have transferred to mintsoft yet Amazon will still not recognise the tracking

My VTR has also suddenly dropped down from 95%+ to 78.3% I’m also using Yodel. Have done for 4 years. All orders are showing as delivered on time. I have another 40+ orders to ship out today. Has anyone managed to get a firm answer from Amazon as to what the issue is?

I believe this is due to the Parcel2Go integration marking the parcel as dispatched by Yodel Direct rather than Yodel. This then fails the validation check.

Just checked mine and all Yodel deliveries have started to go onto the OTDR as not delivered on time.
This has only started form a couple of days ago (when they started to appear on the reports). Amazon must have done some tinkering and they are no longer recognising the tracking updates as delivered
Entering exactly as have done for years (with the correct Yodel Tracking number as shown also on the barcode not collect plus number or any 3rd party references)

yes we also have same problem using yodel. but still not get any proper solution. All delivered on time with tracking number but shows no valid tracking no… A VTR is decrease everyday… this problem mainly from promised delivery date 17th march…

VTR is a right shambles and causing stress and time to resolve.
The implementation of this policy is a joke, every single month we get a strongly worded email regarding our VTR being unacceptable despite all our orders being sent by an exempted service and then I read this absolute nonsense about it not recognizing Parcel2Go and Yodel.
The policy needs scrapping at least temporarily whilst Amazon eggheads come up with a better model.
I really don’t appreciate Amazon gas-lighting me once a month, it’s absolutely unnecessary and disgraceful.
