Refund question
Hi yesterday we received an email that Amazon Business EU SARL refund money to a client without any notification to us. The buyer did not write to us, did not open a return request, did not open an A-to-Z claim. This is the first time that we face such situation. Did someone face such situation? We don't know if we will ever get our products back.
