Products images are not display as backend setting

When I add child products under a parent SKU using color as a variation theme, all the child product images display the same images. Support mentioned that this is because the theme is non-visual (Ink Color) for the variation. Does anyone know how to make them show the correct images?

I checked 2 of your variations, they correctly seem to switch to the right images. Would you be able to let me know the ASIN you have troubles with?
