909 error code for vine program
I've been trying enroll in the vine program for almost 2 weeks now. I keep getting the 909 error code. I've contacted amazon 100 times in the past 2 weeks and they said my browse node should be updated in 48 hours (i've got this response multiple times). And i'm still getting the error code. Please help
