My seller account entered the verification process under Section 3. Since September 17, 2024, the total balance of my account has been held, and I am not allowed to send shipments to FBA.
On September 25, I submitted the requested documents, but as of today, I have not received any notification regarding my document verification. My account balance remains blocked, and I am still unable to send my products to FBA.
On September 28, I received a call from a Spanish-speaking agent because I had requested it, and I was informed that my first review had been rejected and that the second review was under process, but I was never notified about that rejection.
Every time I call, I am given a different timeframe for my verification (first it was 2 to 3 days, then 3 to 5 days, and now I am being told 5 to 10 days).
Today, I have sent additional documentation to complement the documents I had already sent on September 25. I need to ensure that these documents are added to my case and that I receive a response regarding my verification within the original timeframe that was given to me, which was 2 to 3 business days. However, every time I call, there is no update on my case, only longer timeframes.
