Product description missing

Hi - we are a small book publisher. In seller central I have added product descriptions and page turn photos for all of my books over the years, but for some of them the description doesn’t show up on the listing - I have asked amazon over and over how to get the description to show but I’m just going round in circles. Does anyone have any advice as to how to get the description to show up in the listing? Many thanks…
