Spanish VAT office

Hi, we have received a notification from the Spanish VAT office relating to the deregistering of our VAT account.

We have tried every way to contact the office but every number we attempt has a Spanish message or the person we get through to doesn’t speak any English. There is also no email address on the website.

Can anybody offer any advice on how to contact the office so we can explain our situation?
