Lost all my featured offers.. AGAIN Business is in trouble!

Last week, we lost all the featured offers for all of our listings for a whole week. Our featured offer percentage went down from 30% to 0% overnight with absolutely no explanation. We made case after case and even emailed the director of Amazon in the UK. No response. Can't get any help from seller support as I cant get past the AI System that that operates the customer service. Tried contacting the admins on here but It's just so hard to get any support. For the whole week I had to make so much noise to try and get things sorted out. Eventually it was as if someone flicked a switch and all the featured offers came back.. for three days.. Now it looks like they're all gone again. I cant keep going on like this. It's so detrimental. My stress levels are through the roof. Im shaking whilst writing this. I need answers but can't find any. Im really struggling mentally because of this problem.

Can you help finally get this issue resolved. Once and for all. Or anyone for that matter. Im not sure if I can keep going through this.

Going through the exact same scenario. Featured offer was taken down a week ago. Then It cam back for three days and today it gone again around 12 pm - 1Pm.

This has now happened to our account and we lost 75% sales overnight. It only seems to have affected the UK marketplace. Our PAN EU sales are still relatively normal but they only contribute 10% of our normal sales.

Have you ever had any response from Amazon suggesting what is causing this? I expect it's some sort of bug on their side but somehow account specific?
