My account is under review for allegedly violating the dropshipping policy.

Two days before my payment was due, my account was placed under review for allegedly violating the dropshipping policy, and all my payments have been halted. I work with a warehouse, and I have submitted all the required documents to Amazon via email. These documents include:

My warehouse contract

Proof of payments to the warehouse

Purchase invoices

Sales invoices

Proof of delivered shipments

Tracking details for shipments in transit

Bank statements

I also provided images showing that before the products are sent to customers, their outer packaging is replaced by the warehouse, and labels bearing my name are affixed. In summary, I have submitted all evidence proving that I comply with the policy I am accused of violating.

However, the response I received is as follows:

"We have received your submission but do not have enough information to transfer the funds to you at this time. The funds will not be transferred to you during the review but will remain in your account. To expedite the review of your selling account, please provide the following information:

-- A guide and explanation showing how your account complies with our direct shipping policy.

-- If you are experiencing logistical issues that affect the proper shipping of your orders, provide the reasons and supporting evidence associated with them for consideration during your review."

I created the guide mentioned in the response and included it in my defense, but it is still not being accepted. Additionally, my payment date has now been postponed to December 1, and the balance is still showing as 0 SAR.

While I had planned everything based on this payment, my account is placed under review, and my payments are stopped due to a policy I have not violated. I am ready to submit all necessary documents and assist in expediting the review process, but the responses I receive seem to be automated.

What additional documents do I need to provide, and what exactly should the guide include? I urgently request assistance.
