Account went under review payments on hold for 30 days

Our Account went under Temporary Review for 30 days there is no clear reason as we see everything is alright except one that we did not get any Customer Reviews for recent like 200 orders. Also one delivery was late due to customer's address confusion i think sorted out already. What else can we do to speed up review period as we are continuing the activity in this situation. Cheers
