Read onlyI have no violations but my account has been deactivated I still have over £600 in the account that I would like to retrieve. The last email I had said that the hold on the funds had been lifted but I my need further verification , I have provided all the required ID but when I go to notifications and account health and click on reactivate account I get this message below. If somebody could contact me and talk me through what I need to do .

You must have had an email telling you why your account was deactivated.
Have you contacted Seller Support as advised ? So there must be something in your verification info that they cannot verify.
