Issues with Account Verification – Documents Not Accepted

I'm experiencing some difficulties with the account verification process and I'm hoping for some guidance.

We've been selling on Amazon Europe for over 6 years and have always successfully verified the addresses for the beneficial owners of our account. Recently, Amazon requested updated proof of address documents, and we provided the following:

A bank statement (original electronic version showing name and address)

A certified bank letter

An electricity bill dated within the last 180 days

A credit card statement

Despite submitting these documents, they haven't been accepted. We received the following email:

Email from Amazon:

"Hello,

We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not open a selling on Amazon account.

Why did I receive this message? You cannot sell on Amazon.co.uk and Amazon European stores if you do not have a selling on Amazon account.

If you register any new accounts, we may also decline them.

The Amazon Payments team"

We've sent all the information to seller-verification-review@amazon.co.uk, but we haven't received specific feedback on what's missing or incorrect.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues with the document verification process recently? Any advice on how to resolve this situation would be greatly appreciated.
