Help with brand approval

Hi,

So I submitted a brand application, along with photos, it came back that I did not provide enough evidence and the brand name needs to be permanently fixed to the product, they went on to say that I can list as generic. I would obviously rather list as a brand.

My mugs and coasters I sent photos of had a sticker on the underside with my logo and brand name, both were in colour (would this make a difference). I cannot fix anything permanent to these, I can’t see how. The box they came in also has a sticker on it with the design of the mug on it along with my logo and brand name (again in colour).

Clothing had a the same logo and brand name on the underside of the size tag.

They said I have to send photos permanently fixed to the product, I can see others must have brand approval in the same category so how do I fix something permanent in order for them to recognise my brand. All items I send out have my logo and name on the packaging.

Assuming you send the mugs out in boxes, get some boxes printed with your branding and Barcode and send in the photos of that as it will qualify as part of your product as it is the packaging.

In the original email it said that I could reapply with more photos showing the branding permanently fixed to the product/packaging.

I then reapplied showing the photo of the outer packaging which is branded and then more photos of other items whereby the branding is printed directly onto the products. This case was closed saying I already have a case open and they gave the case number.

So fine…I went back to the original case and replied with these photos, I got a message back saying “we understand you are having errors listing and have passed this onto the relevant department”, I replied along the lines of “no this case is not about errors on the listing it is a brand application”, and I just keep getting the replies of “we understand you are having errors listing etc”. Twice I have replied saying no this is not to do with this case.

Any ideas please? So frustrating but I am determined to get there eventually.

I also want to apply for other categories, do I need to wait until this case/approval is done for these categories before applying for more?
