Read onlyAlso on this, the customer changed her own mind so I should not be forced to pay for the return cost, right? I was charged for the return label, but amazon's refund at first scan is the total minus £3.35 postage cost, so in the end it works out the same. The problem is I can't close the case without selecting "partial refund issued"
why even charge me for the return label and then force me to make out I'M partially refunding the customer?
Do I close this myself as a partial refund or do amazon deal with it themselves?
This happens if the return reason is buyer responsible for return postage as it stays open if there is still money that could be refunded.
Why amazon charge you for the label and then partial refund - its just to make it easier for the customer as they don't have to pay upfront for any return labels - it just standardises the return process.
You can close it if you wish - or you could just leave it - you know its dealy with and it'll drop off your Manage Returns eventually. Frankly if you start closing them, its just something else for you to do.
Hello @Seller_ilgaUEocXXMqs,
What is the current status of your return request?
