Royal Mail Tracked Services not available in Buy Shipping
Hi,
I have noticed that none of my SFP Prime orders are showing Buy Shipping Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 services. I am only able to use Amazon Shipping but they do not accept certain types of products.
The orders even state " Shipping Service used to calculate Delivery Promise Carrier: Royal Mail Shipping Service: Royal Mail Tracked 24".
Is anyone else also facing the same issues or knows of a solution?

Also having the same problem for our SFP on the buy shipping.
We can arrange to send them on a Evri Next Day or Tracked 24 on click and drop (ie. not through buy shipping) but not sure what to do…

Because tomorrow and Thursday are strike days so royal mail isn’t suitable for SFP?

When’s your expected delivery date for the SFP? I’d imagine they’ve done it now because even tracked services aren’t getting through as they should

Hi, It wont let me buy shipping at all gives hermes as an option,. but doesnt let you print labels.

Anyone using tracked RM for Prime is going to struggle. Tracked isn’t going to cut it over strikes and pretty soon the system will be too backed up at all to use (until after xmas)
