They're issuing so many A-Z refunds because they're actively telling customers their item may be lost ask for a refund now despite all items being delivered.. to top it off I can't access my account because I have frozen my card to stop them debiting my card for postage costs.. why would I allow that when they have 14k of our money.
I cheer all those buyers who buy amazon shipped products and claim it never arrived.. Karma is a [Moderator Edit : inappropriate content removed]

It takes several weeks/months to verify a limited company so if you only opened the account 3 weeks ago it probably isnt verified.
DD+7 reserve means postage costs do come out before money comes in thats just part of selling on amazon now for new sellers
you need to readd your card and fix your account before you cause yourself more problems
Oh dear. As above reply, it is unlikely that your account was even fully verified after only 3 weeks, especially as a Ltd co - they have to do LOTS of checks, both your personal ID and business info. Did you actually get an email to say that full verification was complete, and there were green ticks against all parts of your account info ? You really should not have listed any items for sale until verification was complete.
On the plus side you seem to have a popular product, on the negative side you've got in a mess very quickly.
Amazon doesn't close accounts, it deactivates them if more information is needed about the individual, the company, the products they sell or if they suspect fraudulent activity. Amazon has a responsibility to act within the law and a desire to protect its own reputation. Only once it has exhausted all possibility of getting things sorted will Amazon permanently deactivate an account.
The reason customers are getting emails questioning delivery is because you haven't supplied Amazon with tracking they can verify. That is something you'll need to change for the future but for now it'll be a costly mistake as some customers will take advantage. Withdrawing your card isn't helping your relationship with Amazon as even as a ltd company you'll have accepted a directors personal guarantee as part of sign up.
If you post the deactivation notice on here someone will have been through the same thing and is likely to be able to help you resolve the issue so you can get selling again and access to your companies funds.
Focus on getting the right documents uploaded and follow everything it's asking. I had similar after being fully activated they asked for another document about company ownership. Took a week to get the right document as the wording was confusing but once they had the right one it was verified within an hour.
Your account is not closed as others have said. If you've frozen your card, you're going to be digging yourself a deeper hole here as you wont have a valid card on file
I don't know for sure but there probably is your problem in a nut shell i.e. too many sales sold too quickly and that's flagged your account up for scrutiny.
