No, it is not a joke, it is just an Amazon buyer who knows how to scam the system to get free stuff. Amazon gave then that little button to click, and most likely, if they call customer Service and complain, the Rep could refund them on the spot, from your account of course.

Most likely the Rep will not even check to see if the product was delivered. Remember, the complaining buyer always gets the refund.
