Stranded inventory
Hi
We have been selling on amazon a number of years now and never had any issues with stranded other than for a few days where it then rectified itself. We are currently experiencing lots of SKUs going into stranded- the listings are complete and the help i get is to delete, wait 24hrs and relist- this also dosen’t work. The same SKU is active for others. Any advice?

Hi there, We have the exact same issue. We have units stranded in FBA as Listing Error - told to delete and make FBM and then covert to FBA again 24H later to use this stock - that doesn’t work. I believe the issue all comes down to a change in the system… it used to be easy to change the FBA to FBM and back again but when you do this it now says:
This tool is being phased out in favour of the new FBA Inventory tool.
[FBA Inventory] enables you to take actions to manage your restock, overstock, excess, aged, unfulfillable and stranded inventory from a single location. Until this tool is discontinued in early 2023, you can continue to access it through FBA Inventory.
