Producer and Amazon Problems
Hi everyone.
I’m beginner seller.
I bought 10 set consisting of 6 parts for testing logistic and Amazon problems.
I was telling to producer there are 2 label for product and for big box when I was buying.
Producer told me noone need to big box label and they wont paste big box label 
. I’m thinking I’ll get penalty because of that.
Second problem is I was writing product’s EAN number. But I was writing EAN number of part of set. There is no GTIN or EAN or UPC number of set. Now my listing have just 1 images because of EAN number. I was talking with seller support and they didn’t help me. They told me I should get new EAN number for set. Now my cargo at depot but still didn’t open nor get approved.
So, do I have a chance of changing images and listing without set EAN number? Or they sending back my cargo?
I’m just waiting, do you have any idea except waiting?

I’m not sure I totally understand but if the EAN is for one item not the set you must get a new EAN for the set or request gtin exemption.
You also need to have the set of 6 in one package with an amazon barcode on the package
Then outer box labels to send the box to amazon
So is the box now with amazon?

How can I get GTIN exemption?
6 in one package and I bought 10 package. 10 Package in 2 big box. 10 Package have 10 labes. But 2 big box haven’t any label.
The cargo at STANSTED, ES right now and cargo will go to depot this morning.

There is label on the outside box, but cargo label, not amazon big box label.
it’s not existing listing, I write EAN number and Amazon automaticly taken picture and title.
