Seeking Help Regarding Removing Negative feedback

Good Afternoon,

Hope you all are doing great.

I have received a negative feedback on order 204-8687080-6989918. The customer stated "Worst seller had to deal with so far. Returned the item at my own expenses, doesn’t communicate nor did they returned my money. Total dissatisfaction! Would not recommend."

First of all, the customer mentioned that she had to pay for the return postage which is actually determined by Amazon Return System. We have dealt with numerous returns and none complained about the return fees. I am positive that it is also a common practice among other fellow sellers.

The customer made claim that she had returned the item but we weren't given any tracking info regarding that. We had gone through our open return page on Amazon, there was no tracking referenece stupilated. As of today, we haven't receive the returned item. In our general parctice, we always process refund as soon as we receive returns.

Could anyone kindly help regarding the issue? Thank you so much in advance.
