Invoices for Amazon Buy Shipping
Have tried for days for someone from Amazon to tell me where i can download the invoices for Royal Mail labels purchased via Amazon Buy Shipping. Amazon tell me that I need to contact Royal Mail, Royal Mail say nothing to do with them as we bought and paid for the labels via Amazon it is Amazon’s responsibility to issue the invoice. Anybody got any idea?

We only get ones for the Prepaid Return labels - but the invoices can be found in Tax Document Library

As TLS above has said for 1st and 2nd class.
If you are buying CRL or Tracked labels and have linked your RM account to Amazon then you are invoiced by RM for items you dispatch
If someone returns an item and Amazon issue a pre-paid returns label then you find the invoice in Tax Document Library
