I’m getting really annoyed. I don’t get any SMS’s or calls on my mobile phone for the secondary verfications. I tried to change the phone number or to add an app verficiation. I get all the time a message that the page doesn’t excist

You will probably need to contact Support directly if you don’t have the ability to change it.
As to the blank page, you might want to try using a different browser instead.

Have you been able to access your account at all and verify that the info therein has not been altered?
Is the contact phone number yours? The email address? and most importantly the bank details?
