VAT exemption and IOSS problem
hello . Mr. / Ladies.
By incorporating a UK company into an amazon account . I transferred.
VAT continues to be collected from this newly established company . The page that I need to inform you that I am exempt in this regard is closed. You do not meet the VAT exemption criteria. saying . This is a new company and I have an exemption of up to £85,000 under our law.
As an extra, they closed the German side and they want me to register vat even though I made no sales. I told them that we will use IOSS and they want me to make a statement about it, but I can’t see any help.
Always copy and paste fixed and same things to Amazon employees. I can’t find a solution.
PLEASE HELP ME WHAT I NEED TO DO.
BEST REGARDS.

Your English isn’t great, so I’m guessing that you are not UK based.
If that is the case, then there is no £85k limit, before having to register for VAT in the UK.
The moment that you store any goods in the UK, you have to register for VAT.
The same applies to Germany, unless you are resident in the country. So if you have stored any stock there, you will be liable for German VAT.
Where are you Resident?

Just to add to the above response.
Looking at your page.
Firstly, you have illegal T&C’s.
You cannot add a restocking fee.
You cannot refuse returns, simply because they can’t be repackaged in the original containers etc.
So much you have on your About page, is simply wrong and is going to get you into a world of trouble.
You probably won’t listen, but you have been told.
You need to change the way your doing things, or you will disappear before you know it with a suspension.
You might want to review the A-Z T&C’s as well, as a lot you are saying, will result in them.
