Are you listing the things as new? That could be part of the problem.

If you post the suspension notice here then more experienced sellers will be able to guide you as to what you need to do and say to get your account reactivated.

As Demel said, if you are not registered as a business seller, you’re an Individual seller, then you are only allowed to sell your own, second-hand personal items, which cannot be listed as ‘New’, Like new at best.
If you are selling new items they will assume you have purchased these to sell on, which means you are technically trading and would need to be registered with Amazon and HMRC as a business (sole-proprietor)

You are therefore in the wrong place. A billion and one sellers have been suspended because of selling items in New Condition on Amazon when, as far as Amazon is concerned, they are not new. They are only new if you have invoices from the manufacturer or authorised distributor. This isn’t the “other place” and these selling conditions are freely available to view before you start selling. Unfortunately, very few people bother to read them and then end up suspended. You have absolutely zero chance of getting them reinstated without said invoices so you’re better off going to the “other place”. None of this makes Amazon a “Venus Fly Trap”. It is up to the seller to learn what they can or can’t sell before starting to list.

This happened to me when I started selling on Amazon 3 months ago.
Bearing in mind this was like my 2nd or 3rd sale in total. I replied to their email which asked for a POA and just told them I was very new and added a picture of my receipt (not an invoice) from a legit store, and a picture of the app telling me I am allowed to sell that product. I was an individual seller at this time.
If you have any proof of purchase from a legit shop then they could reinstate your account like they did for mine.
Good luck buddy.
