I know that you and your team continue to offer invaluable support on the forum, and I’m reaching out today in need of assistance with a verification case regarding our account.
We received an email requesting further information to complete a KYC check. Following a discussion with Support via the Account Health page, we were advised to submit an "Organisational Chart," which we did. However, further communications indicate that what is actually required is a "Confirmation Statement," which is a different document altogether.
Unfortunately, we have not heard back after our submission. Given that we followed the initial advice from Support and provided the wrong document, we anticipate this will be rejected. We've since requested Seller Support allow us to submit the correct document, but our account has now been suspended, and we have no means of making further submissions.
Our company has been trading on Amazon UK for over 10 years, and we urgently hope for your support in providing the KYC team with the correct document. Our funds are frozen, selling privileges suspended, and listings removed. This has left our team without work and has begun impacting both our suppliers and our Amazon shipping partnership.
Any help or guidance from you or anyone in the forum would be greatly appreciated.
