Parcel delivered - No Name

One of our resident stated on the FB Group (the estate area group page)

‘We have had a package delivered from Hermes. It’s not ours! No name on it but odd as the address on it is ours. It’s from Amazon…household goods. Is it yours?’

She did not order anything from Amazon, opened the package to find 3 household items and no receipt/invoice inside. No return address.

Why dispatch with no name?
