My account have been deactivated saying that it was linked to another account

Hi ... Im in need to great help, i had just created my new amazon account , never used a sellers account before.This is my only sellers account , in which i still hadnt started trading but before that i got an email that amazon found a link with my account

my sellers name is ZilsaTrading and they found another account of Zilsa + Trading but thats not related to me

or my account

i send my registers company certificated of uk also in the proof that this is my registered company and what else can i do to reactivate my account

please help

im a beginner at amazon and i have already submitted my appeal 2 times

what to do

everytime they say we dont have enough evidence to prove
