I received an email asking me to update my account information but the link supplied doesn't take me to the page stated. I have tried the Contact Us link supplied, but this takes me to a page with only two options regarding appealing, and when I ask for help, the case is closed, stating I have contacted the wrong people. Even if I select close my account it goes to this page. Totally stuck in a loop with no obvious way of contact support. Any suggestions would be gratefully received
