If I buy a product from Amazon can I resell it on Amazon. Is it allowed for all products.
How can I check if I can sell the product that I choose.

No, you cannot buy a product from amazon and resell it on amazon.

That’s a dangerous thing to do as it’s effectively retail arbitrage (need to research that)
If you get even the slightest thing wrong or customer complaint it’s a fast way to be suspended.
If you do a forum search you will find plenty who have done it and asked how to reinstate their account.
As I say it can be done, but very very careful

If you were to buy from Amazon to resell on Amazon you would need to list the item as Used. This is the case even if you have not opened or used the item and is to do with the fact that any warranty/consumer rights on the product would end with you as the customer. Therefore, it is unlikely to make financial sense to do this. And as others have stated, retail receipts are not accepted for items listed as new if Amazon were to do an ASIN check.
Also were you planning on the person you were buying from sending directly to your customer? If so this would break Amazon’s drop shipping rules.

Yeah exactly. If it’s a used item. Or bought new via retail on Amazon then list it as used like new or other appropriate condition. Just don’t list something as new if you can’t prove you bought from a proper distributor.
I’m have difficulty listing used books that went oop in the 80’s & 90’s because I’m either told I need to prove I bought it from a recognised distributor or the publisher (which frequently is no longer in existence) is regard by Amazon as having some kind of copyright thing and I have to prove it’s genuine. But its a used book. And today I thought I’d have another try as I just got a bunch of rpg books from someone and Amazon have the book in the database but won’t let me list on it (used like new or used VG) because ‘this product is ineligible for Amazon Marketplace selling at this time.’ It’s a used book with an ISBN. Frustrating.

I had a very strange message re a used book I had listed
I needed to ensure I bought my Trademarks etc from the correct place
No idea what was going on !
Never had a need to trademark anything
I only sell used items
I deleted my book Sold it elsewhere
