Fraud Customer
How can we report Fraud customers, who fake product is defective and take full A to Z refund and still get to keep the product ?

You can appeal the A-Z and explain to Amazon why you think the customer is fraudulent, don’t hold your breath though, chances of them reverting an A-Z decision is slim to none.
