Changing Ltd to sole trader
I recently dissolved my LTD and want to change to sole trader but there is no guidance on how to do this. Can anyone assist?

First thing to do is to make sure that Companies House have the updated info and your company shows as dissolved and cleared. Then register with HMRC and get a Confirmtion of UTR letter (Unique Tax Reference) in you own name You may need to contact Amazon at this stage as this should be the same as the info on Amazon.
Others who have already done this change might like to confirm all this though.
