What is our monthly FBA storage fee as a % of our FBA revenue?
Hi, I am trying to work out from the reports what our total monthly FBA storage Fee is.
Do you use Fulfilled by Amazon reports or Payment Reports?
Example for July 2018:
FBA sales revenue £3000
FBA number of customer sales 240
FBA units in stock approx 300
FBA Storage Fee £125
FBA Storage Fee is 4.1% of revenue (£125 is 4.1% of £3000)
FBA Storage Fee is 52p per customer sale (£125/240)
FBA Storage Fee is 41p per unit for July 2018 (£125/300)

I’d use payment reports to get the FBA storage fee per month. For reference it’s included in your monthly FBA invoice but not as a separate item.
Storage fees go on the average storage space used per month, which might be a lot more difficult for you to calculate. It might also be worth taking into account the item volumes Amazon have recorded when working out the per unit storage fee.

You are correct, I used Payment reports:
Reports>Payments>Date Range Reports>Generate Report and downloaded Monthly Transaction Report for each month.
On the downloaded spreadsheet it was:
Type = FBA Inventory Fee
Description = FBA storage fee
Our FBA storage fee’s are approx 0.5% of FBA revenue.
