FBA Inventory Missing?

Hi Guys,

We sent in our first ever FBA shipment on November 20th. All went smoothly, Amazon received and checked in all the stock by the 23rd of November. All went on sale fine, some stock took time due to FC Transfer to be available but was not worried of course.

Today I logged into our account to see that all our remaining phone stock has disappeared from sale, all the listings now say out of stock. I looked to see if they are transferring the inventory if anything had been damaged or marked as unfulfillable but nothing.

I then looked back at the shipping queue which has now updated saying they have only located half of the stock - it was all sent in the same shipping box at the time and all scanned and located when checked in so I don’t quite understand whats happened here.

I have opened up a case with SS, but being new to FBA I wanted to see if anyone else has faced a similar issue at all?
