Returning of inventory
Hi all!
Ive had some issues recently with my stock on a listing.
Essentially whats happened is i have listed some products, been selling them well for two days, and then i receive an ip claim against me permanently banning me from selling that product.
This shouldn’t have been such an issue as it was my first product with amazon and it was a learning curve, but, i cannot get my units returned!
I have tried creating a removal order, tried the flat file process but i don’t have the units in my inventory as i removed them due to the block on me selling them, therefore meaning i cant get a removal order id. This means i cant see my units and it looks as if i have never owned them.
Ive tried listing the product again but the owner has made it so no one can sell the listing now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Amazon wont return your goods until you can verify their authenticity- which it sounds like you can’t as you accept you shouldn’t have been selling them without permission.
Go into the Notification from Amazon - is there an Appeal button

Where did you buy the products from originally?

This is the reason.
Amazon thinks that these items are “fake”, so are holding onto them. If your appeal is successful, you will get them back. If not, Amazon will get rid of them.
