Automated handling time

Hi everyone.

Can someone explain me what would be the difference between 'Handling Time' and 'Order Cut-off Time'?

I just noticed that I have 'late shipment' mark on order placed on Friday 17th January. Went to shipping setting where I found that order cut off was set at 2pm. I have my default set to 2 day but also had fact Automated handling time on but wasn't aware that in fact Amazon may push us to same day dispatch?

I have straight disabled Automated handling time. We all need to have our fingers on the pulse all the time in here to avoid troubles :(

Many thanks

order cut off times in general only apply to premium shipping (one day or two day) orders. 2pm is the standard but you can set it later.

Order cut off would only apply to a standard order if same day dispatch was in play. Which might be possible if you had allowed Amazon to decide.if Amazon thought you could do same day they will change it.

I wouldn’t touch automated handling or shipping myself
