If you are a limited company then you MUST have a Business Seller account, not an Individual Account, though you can be on the Individual Selling Plan (no monthly fee).
You will need to provide Amazon with your CH documents for your ltd company.

Have you registered for VAT with HMRC as it looks like you are a NETP. (Place of residence is outside the UK and you are registered at a virtual office address so do not have a physical prescence in the UK).
If not get yourself a UK accountant immediately who can talk you through everything otherwise Amazon will be the least of your worries.
