Reporting a buyer, anything else I can do?
Hello.
I have a buyer recently that is causing some issues. They are not returning the product but getting a refund. Amazon charge fees every time a customer is refunded as a some sort of service fee, so their abuse is costing us money. I don’t think people realise what actual costs happen when they just return an item or in my case, don’t return the item. This problem with the buyer has happened twice now, you are not able to simply block the buyer like you can on other platforms beginning with E.
Seller support suggest to report the buyer under violation which we have done, but it says that the case will only be logged and we are unable to hear the outcome due to policies.
Can anything else be done about the buyer? or do we have to cope with these type of customer and move on…?

Very little.
Is this FBM? They would only be refunded now through the refund at first scan policy, so are they returning something, just not the item ordered?
If that’s the case you should at least be opening a Safe T claim to claim the money back.

No these are through Amazon FBA so the Safe-T claim process is not applicable unfortunately.
I have thought of sending the buyer a message but may leave that after thinking about it, incase they think its spam etc and report to Amazon. It really is a loose loose situation I feel…
