Just wanted to share our pain with you guys.
Over the summer we decided to pursue our Amazon journey on an account we opened several years ago. Since we had to reactivate the account, we obviously faced verification requests.
We provided all the information and were informed that we will be receiving an e-mail with next steps for verifications. Days passed, we checked everywhere in our e-mails (yes, spam folder included) and we were yet to locate such an e-mail.
Naturally, we escalated this case with Seller Support, who promised to take care of the matter. It now has been more than a week and we are still waiting empty handed for the mythical 'next verification steps' e-mail. Over our half dozen conducted phone calls seller support claimed that they have done everything they can to help us get a 'repeat e-mail with the following verification steps' and it is out of their hands at this point.
At this point we do not know what can we do other than desparately post on forums, pray and hope for some help here, since our only line of support claims that it is out of their hands...
The worst part in all of this is that currently we have a shipment delivered at the warehouse, which is slowly becoming a stranded one, so we got that thing going for us! Oh and we have also invested thousands in a new product specifically designed for Amazon and we are currenthly halting our production due to incompetence like this!!!
This is unacceptable.
verification is currently taking many weeks. Always best to wait til verified before sending stock in I’m afraid
