First return request, issued refund but pending status?Confused

Hi, I have received my first return request. I have issued a refund without asking for the product back as it’s small value and customer isn’t satisfied with it. Now I have a green box saying “Prior refund: pending”. Am I supposed to do something else or is this normal, just “processing”? Thanks

 It can take a few hours for a refund to get processed, meanwhile you will see the “Prior refund pending” sign. 
 Within 30 minutes you can still cancel it.
