Will DELETING listing really remove "Trademark Logo Misuse" violation?

Will DELETING listing really remove “Trademark Logo Misuse” violation?

I seem to remember from ages/years ago that it does, but took 6 months to disappear from my account - will there be any sign that this has been dealt with though, and that I’m no longer at risk?
(Impact: “high”).

(I’ve looked and it seems to be wong indeed, as the brand name reads “generic” when it should read the famous brand, but as I didn’t create this page I can’t change that. It’s not worth spending time on it for me, I’d rather delete it).

Back to give update: it worked!

At first I thought it didn’t, as the violation was still there this morning, but as I opened the report link again, the text there had changed compared with yesterday, and it said that now that my listing was deleted, if I ticked 2 boxes to accept that there had been in violation, the violation would go; otherwise not.

(1 tick was to say I’d read the small terms, and I’m afraid I can’t remember what the other box was for exactly. Anyway, as soon as that was done, the violation was gone).

Thanks again for all contributions!
