I can't change photos in my products
Hello friends, I want to change the picture of my product belonging to my brand on amazon. But amazon gave such an answer. I don’t understand what to do, can you help me?

While we are unable to make updates per your request, we recommend that you reach out to the account of the winning contributor in order to agree on the changes. Once you both conclude on the new values, the owner can make the necessary updates via Seller Central.
If you are internal to the brand you may find their contacting email via Setting > User Permissions > Manage existing users. Be informed that among all the users you will not be able to know that who is winning the contribution for which attribute.

You say it’s your brand, do you have a trademark and brand registry. If so then going through your brand registry dashboard would be easier.
If not and it is your own brand and you are the only seller you can try to keep arguing with ss but it’s hit or miss.
If its not your brand then give up for your own sanity
